Hi, I’m Sheva — a mum of two who hit burnout after years in the corporate world.
I felt lost and exhausted until I found healing through movement, mindset, and nourishing, gut-friendly food. Fitness became my therapy, and creating whole food meals for my family became a passion.
Now, I’m here to help other mums reconnect with themselves and feel strong, well, and confident again.
